Common questions

What strata councils ask

How often should a BC strata mow common-area lawns?

Most BC stratas on weekly grounds contracts mow common turf weekly from April through October, with bi-weekly edging and scheduled pruning rounds. Frequency is set in your service agreement based on turf area, irrigation, and council standards.

Do you provide monthly reports for strata councils?

Yes. Every grounds contract includes a monthly one-page site report with dated photos — formatted so property managers can drop it into council packages before meetings and AGM cycles.

Can grounds maintenance be bundled with fence and snow?

Yes. Westmark is built as a single-vendor exterior bundle — grounds, fence repair, pressure washing, gutters, sod, and snow under one COI and one invoice per property.
