Every site visit triggers a dated photo report within 24 hours — work completed, anything flagged, weather, crew on site. Monthly written report follows on the 1st of each month, formatted to paste straight into your council package or attach to AGM minutes.

Monthly
One-page plain-language report. Work completed, items flagged, recommendations. Sent 1st of month for prior month.
